Whoop Whoop

The last couple of days have been pretty darn awesome!

Friday i went to London to the top universities fair and got totally swept up in a hawaiin accent. Thouhg i felt would would have been really inappropriate to propose to him :( Lol. There were also Australians and Paddys there, which was awesome...Though no Kiwi's. And the scanning system provided some amusement: "Can i scan you?" "Noone's ever asked me that before."

Then went to Covant Garden to find awesome candy and did some mother's day shopping. There were also some strane but slightly amusing street acts. We then went to Westfields and had the most amazing milkshakes ever! I had a milkshake, creme egg and chocolate sauce milkshake...So delicious! We did miss the 5pm train so stayed in westfield where i got The Armstrong & Miller Show and the Qi book of animal ignorance from HMV. I also purchased some cool shorts and a kermit T-shirt from New look. Got back to Luton for about 7.30 and it felt so inadequate compared to London!

Today was the day of my 5K which turned out to be amazing! It was in Milton Keynes around a lake which was absoloutely beautiful and it was such a nice day! The course was a little bit longer than i expected but i did it in about 32mins so i was happy with that. A lady there gave me a fiver for our Uanda project aswell! :) Dad and Jacob, in his T-shirt, went round together as well. And mum came 10th.

After that i watched the rugby. France beat Italy. We beat Scotland, wasnt as good as our match vs. France last week but we still played well! Then Ireland and Wales played it was unbelievably tense. Ireland had to win to get a Grand Slam for the first time in 61years but the last kick of the match was a penalty to Wales which would have got the win for them. But stephen Jones missed it, and i felt quite sorry for him, but Ireland did it! WOOH! :)
